How do I set up a ReviewStar automated performance workflow? What all can I do with a ReviewStar workflow? Don't fear, we are here to help.
Creating workflows is an absolute essential to automate and make your performance reviews as easy as possible!They are also very simple to create and to understand. Workflows can be created in a few different ways:
- Team Review Workflows
- Project Review Workflows
- Pulse Survey Workflow
- Custom Workflows
In order to create any of those workflows, navigate to the workflows tab on the left control panel of the screen.
Once there, you will see the four options listed above. Selecting any of them will allow you to customize the details of the pre created workflows. This allows you to create approval routing, review timelines, and auto archiving.
The custom workflows allows you to create any workflow that you want from scratch! This is exceptionally helpful for creating things like improvement plan review workflows or goal workflows.
